How we work
A small number of engagements.
A conversation first. If it is a fit, a short written plan. Then we build. Remote, in English, across time zones.
-
01 — Listen
What is actually broken
The product, the cloud bill, the integration that fails on Fridays, the vendor nobody can leave. We start with the load, not a catalogue of services.
-
02 — Write it down
Scope, sequence, edges
What we will do, in what order, and what we will not do. Architecture is part of this — how the pieces fit — not a later apology.
-
03 — Build in the open
Working software
You see the system as it takes shape. Delivery is the job, not a status deck about the job.
-
04 — Hand it over
Yours to run
Documentation, ownership, and a system your people can live with. We do not vanish with the passwords.
What we will not do
We will not invent case studies or metrics to decorate this page. We will not sell a transformation programme. We will not staff a room so it looks busy.
If you already know the problem — a stalled product, a brittle integration, a cloud estate that grew by accident, a payments stack, a marketplace, a security hole, an old system — write. If you only know it hurts, that is also enough.
